Nutrition is confusing at best. I work to strategically develop plans and approaches for people, rather than prescribing to a diet model that might work for some people. My focus is on fresh, whole foods that are aligned with your needs, preferences, ethnic and cultural backgrounds with attention being paid to changes in seasons, situations, aging process and health challenges.

There isn’t one “right diet” for everyone. My nutritional approach is centered around the basic concept of eating real food, focusing primarily on meats, seafood, seasonal vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Tailoring those basic ingredients to your lifestyle and individual needs, tastes, and preferences is the key to success. Without counting calories and deprivation, I will help you center your food choices around whole, minimally processed foods, keeping a watch for added sugar, salt, chemicals, and preservatives that can derail your progress. I will help you find the food you love that makes you feel good.

Through my learning at the Bauman CollegeAcademy of Culinary Nutrition and the Integrative Institute of Nutrition (IIN) I have been exposed to hundreds of different dietary theories. I borrow various diet theory concepts in order to customize a plan for you while maintaining my approach of eating real, whole foods. My goal is to empower you to make the best food and lifestyle choices for yourself and your family and to help you discover what it feels like to be the healthiest version of you.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun, and free of denial and deprivation.
