Choose Health outdoor fitness classes are designed for a full body workout in under 1 hour. Your safety is my priority. In a small group setting I can keep a keen eye on proper form, and injury prevention. All classes are designed using latest fitness science and I always use top rated, fitness equipment. Typically class formats include high intensity circuit training, resistance training and/or cardio. You will not see the same class twice! Every workout offers a new and exciting workout experience. What you will gain from these classes: MUSCLE, a fun workout in a supportive environment, camaraderie, accountability and community!
